This policy explains how Tharaa Capital collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Tharaa Capital, a real estate developer based in North Obhur, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@tce.sa.

2. The data we collect

Contact details — your name, mobile number and email address, when you fill in a form, book a visit, register interest or chat with us.
Your enquiry — the project or unit you are interested in, your preferred way and time to be contacted, appointment details, and the messages and chat conversations you send us.
Applications and registrations — the details and files you send when you apply for a job or register as a broker, agency, investor or supplier (for example your CV, company name or licence number).
Newsletter — your email address and language, if you subscribe.
Technical data — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and cookies (see section 8).

3. How and why we use it

To answer your enquiries, arrange visits and send you prices, brochures and documents you ask for.
To take the steps needed before and after a purchase or lease contract.
To review job applications and partner registrations.
To send you news and offers, only if you agreed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and improve how it works.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, on steps you asked for before a contract, on our legitimate interests that do not override your rights, and on our legal obligations — as the PDPL allows.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

our staff and sales team who need it to serve you;
service providers who work on our behalf — such as website hosting, email and communication services — under contracts that require them to protect it;
government and regulatory bodies when the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Where a service provider handles data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we do so only as permitted by the PDPL and its regulations on transferring personal data, with suitable safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data to a high standard.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the website and, with your choice, preference, statistics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie Settings” at the bottom of every page.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
access your personal data and get a copy of it;
ask us to correct, complete or update it;
ask us to destroy it when we no longer need it;
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To use any of these rights, email info@tce.sa. We will reply within the period set by the regulations. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

10. Children

The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
